Products Introduction
Plastic VSP rings are also known as plastic melar rings or plastic inner acr rings. The full name is "very special packing", also known as plastic melar ring or plastic inner acr ring. It is characterized by large void ratio, low pressure drop, low mass transfer unit height, high wide point, sufficient gas-liquid contact, low specific gravity, and high mass transfer efficiency. The structure is very similar to nor-pack, the plastic VSP ring has reasonable symmetry, excellent internal structure and large free space. Compared with plastic Pall rings, its flux efficiency is increased by 15-30%, and the pressure drop is reduced by 20-30%. It is recognized as an excellent random packing in tower packing. Widely used in petrochemical industry, alkali chlorination industry, gas industry, environmental protection industry and other fields. The temperature is 150 degrees Celsius.

Physical & Chemical Properties
Plastic tower packing can be made from heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), polyvinyiidene fluoride (PVDF) and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The temperature in media ranges from 60 Degree C to 280 Degree C.
