Products Introduction
Plastic saddle rings are a combination ring and saddle made of heat and chemical resistant plastics including polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and polyvinyl chloride Vinyl difluoride (PVDF). Compared with the Pall ring, the plastic saddle ring has lower resistance, larger flux, higher efficiency, good hardness and wide application. It has the characteristics of large gap, low pressure drop, low mass transfer unit height, small specific gravity, high mass transfer efficiency, high flooding point, and uniform gas-liquid contact. Its medium service temperature ranges from 60 to 280°C. Due to its low cost, it is widely used in packed towers in petroleum, chemical, alkali chlorination, gas, environmental protection and other industries.
