Products Introduction
Plastic gel ball is a common biological filter. The gel ball is mostly made of plastic, which is light in weight and can float on the water. It is characterized by low water resistance and good air permeability. Most Eagle Balls have diversion designs, such as deflector plates, diversion grooves, that increase water flow, distribute the water evenly, and clean or filter the water as the Eagle Balls combine with organic waste to dissolve the water. Typically applied through a wet/dry filter or trickle filter, beneficial bacteria grow on the Igel balls and interact with the toxic ammonia to produce less harmful nitrates. This "trickle effect" increases dissolved oxygen levels in your pond or aquarium and cleans or filters the water as the eagle balls combine with organic waste to dissolve the water. Facilitates gas exchange, increases dissolved oxygen content and removes hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. It is used in ponds and aquariums.
