Products Introduction
High Performance Tower Packing Plastic Hiflow Ring are the third generation of high-performance column packing with high-capacity gas and liquid flow, extremely low pressure drop, extremely low wall flow, and low susceptibility to fouling and fouling. It has been optimized for high mechanical stability, porosity and excellent mass transfer properties. The grid structure guarantees a porosity of more than 50%, and the strong lattice type provides high mechanical stability as well as a very high porosity. Low weight and mechanical stability allow us to use high pack heights without intermediate pack supports. The bed porosity is higher than that of Pall rings of the same size. In addition, the large fluid flow ensures that the pressure drop per square meter is 45% lower than that of the Pall ring. The staggered distribution of longitudinal ribs and the reinforcement of horizontal stripes greatly improve its rigidity and strength. It has the characteristics of high free volume, large pressure drop, low mass transfer unit height, high flooding point, uniform gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, and high mass transfer efficiency. If the plastic high-flow ring replaces the traditional column packing, the flow rate of the existing column can be significantly increased, or the energy consumption can be significantly reduced.

The grid structure guarantees its opening pore ratio exceed 50% and bed void fraction is higher than same size's pall ring. In addition, large fluid flux guarantee its pressure drop per square meter lower 45% than pall ring. Vertical bar staggered distribution and reinforced horizonal stripe largely improve its rigidity and strength.
