Products Introduction
The metal corrugated plate packing is formed by an orifice plate with grooves on the surface, and the corrugation angles of adjacent sheets are opposite to form an open structure with inclined flow channels. It maintains the structural characteristics of metal corrugated packing, and has the advantages of large flux, small resistance, high efficiency, and strong anti-clogging ability. Metal corrugated plate packing has a variety of materials to choose from, SS304 316 special grade stainless steel, which has good stability and hardness, enhances the wettability and uniformity of liquid packing, and improves the mass transfer efficiency. It is suitable for general high-efficiency structured packing in chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, oil refining, petrochemical, natural gas and other industries. Features: large flux, small resistance, high efficiency. Packed towers were used industrially in the mid-19th century. Since then, it has developed together with the plate tower to form two different types of gas-liquid mass transfer equipment. It is widely used in the operation of distillation, absorption, extraction and other devices.
Perforated Plate Packings – Perforated Surface for Mass Transfer Efficiency
Metal perforated plate corrugated packing is made from perforated plate with channel corrugation on surface, and remains structure feature of metal wire gauze packing. It strengthens uniform liquid distribution and surface wetting ability, which increases mass transfer efficiency. The unit height is 50-200 mm per coil, and the packing is prepared in blocks when diameter is larger than 1.5m.
It is formed from vertical sheets of corrugated metal with the angle of the corrugation reversed in adjacent sheets to form an open structure with inclined flow channel. Its structure can not only change the distribution of liquid, but also increase the transfer efficiency.
Features

Application
Metal perforated plate corrugated packing is widely used in unit operations like rectification, absorption and extraction.
According to packing types, the applicable minimal tower diameter is 80-200 mm while maximal tower diameter reaches 13m, liquid spray density ranges from 0.2 to 200 m3/(m2•h) and pressure ranges from vacuum to high pressure. For these reasons, it is a type of all-purpose efficient structured packing suitable for chemical industry, chemical fertilizer industry, oil refining, petrochemical industry and natural gas industry.
