Metal Cascade Mini Ring Tower Packing

Metal cascade micro rings are also called metal cascade rings, metal cascade micro ring packings. It is a new type of bulk packaging with the advantages of high capacity, good stain resistance and low pressure drop. Its sides have one or two beveled edges, which have higher mechanical strength and better gas passage than Pall rings. Metal cascading mini rings feature a rectangular opening, curved leaves, tapered edges, and reduced height. The lower pressure drop and higher throughput effectively increase the gas-liquid contact points and improve the gas-liquid distribution in the packed bed. This design greatly promotes the renewal of the liquid film surface and enhances the mass transfer performance of the cascaded rings. This kind of random packing has higher mass transfer efficiency and better separation effect than metal saddles and metal Raschig rings. It is mostly used to deal with materials that are easy to decompose, easy to aggregate, and easy to carbonize. Allows metal cascade mini-rings to be used in deeply packed beds with higher hydraulic capacity.

Metal cascade-mini rings random tower packings, with one or two bevel edges in their sidepieces, are of more mechanical strength and better gas through capacity than pall rings. In random packed tower, most of the rings point contact (not linearity contact) to each other, contribute to the liquid film liquidity and mass transfer efficiency.
