Products Introduction
Alumina lining brick is of high wear resistance, acid and alkli resistance, effectively prolong the service life of equipment and considered to be the best choice of anti-wearing and anti-corrosion material; Wear resistance of ceramic is 266 times than that of special manganese, 171.5 times to high chrome cast iron; Hardness is much higher than that of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
This product are featured by high density and hardness, low wear lost, corrosion-resistance etc. They are the perfect high-efficient grinding media for milling glaze/frit, pigment, ceramic materials, and various mine ore powder, they are using ceramics, cements, paints, refractories, inorganic mineral powders etc...

Advantages
1) Great Hardness
Have a Rockwell hardness of up to 90 which is well above that of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.

Its wear-resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high chromium cast iron. Under the same working conditions, the service life of pipes lined with high alumina ceramics can be prolonged at least 10 times.
3) Corrosion resistance
Its extremely high stability of molecular structure ensures its resistance to corrosion from various acid and alkali mediums.
4) Light weight
Its density is 3.6g/cm3, only half of steel, making installation more convenient.
