Products Introduction
4A Molecular Sieve, is an alkali alumina silicate. It is the sodium form of the type A crystal structure. It has an effective pore opening of about 4 angstroms (0.4nm). It will adsorb most molecules with a kinetic diameter of less than 4 angstroms and exclude those larger.
Chemical formula: Na2O . Al2O3 . 2SiO2 . 4.5 H2O
Si/al ratio: SiO2/Al2O3≈2
Application: Mainly used for drying natural gas and various chemical gases and liquids, refrigerants, pharmaceuticals, electronic materials and volatile substances, argon purification, methane, ethane, propane separation.

Regeneration
1. Remove water: depending on the pressure, temperature, water content. Under normal circumstances, the dry gas at 200~350℃ passes through the molecular sieve bed for 3~4 hours at a pressure of 0.3~0.5kg/cm2 to cool the outlet temperature to 110~180℃.
2. Decaying organic matter: replace organic matter with water vapor, and then remove water.
Stockpile
Room temperature, relative humidity not more than 90%; Avoid direct exposure to air; Avoid water, acids and alkali.
Packing: 25KG cardboard drum or bag.
Specific to customer requirements.

Do not open the package before use to avoid dampness and affect the adsorption effect.
