Refractory ceramic balls are made of industrial alumina and refractory kaolin as the main raw materials. They are formed by isostatic pressing and then sintered at a high temperature of 1600-1990℃. They are divided into two types: ordinary type and high-aluminum type. They have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance (rapid cooling and heating cycles>100 times without cracks) and chemical corrosion resistance (pH1-14). The compressive strength is ≥50MPa and the bulk density is 1.6-2.2g/cm³. The design of the surface opening rate of 30-45%[[5()]] strengthens the heat storage body and airflow. The heat exchange efficiency is improved, and the gas utilization rate is increased by 40% in the hot blast furnace of the steel industry, and the flue gas emission temperature is reduced from 800℃ to 130℃; when used as a catalyst support layer in the fertilizer industry, it can withstand 4.0MPa high pressure and 450℃ hydrogen sulfide corrosion, and the pressure drop in the chemical converter is reduced by 35%.

Good refractory: High temperature resistance can reach above 1710℃, the volume remains stable, and heat exchange can be completed quickly when used in high-temperature equipment.
