92% alumina ceramic grinding balls are made of bauxite, industrial alumina powder, and high-temperature calcined α-Al₂O₃ as the main raw materials, and are made by batching, grinding, isostatic pressing, and sintering at 1600-1990℃. The alumina content is ≥92%, the Mohs hardness is level 9, the density is ≥3.60g/cm³, and the water absorption rate is ≤0.01%. It has the characteristics of high hardness, high wear resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, and high temperature resistance. It adopts the double forming process of rolling and isostatic pressing, with a surface roughness of Ra≤0.2μm, and the size specifications cover φ1-12 0mm. It is suitable for equipment such as ball mills and vibration mills. The grinding efficiency of ceramic glaze is 40% higher than that of ordinary ball stones, and the grinding fineness of glass powder can reach D50≤1μm. The grinding pollution rate of chemical catalysts is <0.001%; ​​​​The global market size is expected to reach US$1.8 billion in 2025, and the industrial clusters in Zibo and Pingxiang, China, account for 65% of the production capacity.
